My stay at Sleep Inn Paseo Las Damas was quite pleasant overall. The hotel is located conveniently near many downtown attractions which made exploring San Jose a breeze. The amenities are decent, and while the area isn't the most charming, I appreciated the proximity to various sites. However, I did find the noise from the air conditioning a bit disruptive at times.

I really appreciated the hotel's great value and its prime location close to downtown attractions. although the bedding left much to be desired. The cleanliness was commendable, and the breakfast staff were extremely friendly. I did find the customer service could improve, particularly with the lack of communication regarding transportation arrangements.
